Modern minimalist style, small room, narrow and short bed; the bathroom countertop can't hold a mouthwash cup, no hooks to hang clothes; the lighting is too simple, the light source is the table lamp and a dim light strip above the open cabinet; push open the balcony door, you can see the residential building opposite, very close 😂 The location is OK, just at the corner of Fifth Street, very close to South Beach. There is a pizza shop downstairs. ￥2300/night, even on weekends, it's not worth staying in this room, there is also a $39.9 resort fee, and parking fee is $40/night. The best thing of the day was the Latin beauty at the front desk asked intimately, would you like some champagne? 😀 opened the bottle immediately.

Petit hôtel calme, propre, moderne, bien situé (10min à pied d'océan drive et de la plage, arrêt bus devant direct pour downtown/Bayside market, magasins, laveries...) personnel aimable, vue dégagée magnifique à l'avant et sur le toit piscine, fontaine à eau fraîche appréciable à l'entrée ainsi que les vélos/transats à la plage. Clim efficace. Mais donne l'impression que les propriétaires ne s'investissent plus autant, bar et restaurant fermés depuis plusieurs mois, bacs à fleurs à l'abandon autour de la piscine. Aucune attention le jour de mon anniversaire...dommage, bruit important des voitures de l'avenue mais acceptable fenêtre fermée, balcon minuscule. Manque de rangement (surtout pour 4 personnes). WC dans la SDB.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allem weiter, wenn man was wissen möchte bezüglich Miami. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kommt sehr bequem über ein paar schöne Häuserblocks zum Strand. Die Liegen dort sind sehr bequem und es klappt am Strand alles reibungslos. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich schnell heimisch. Das Parken dort klappt auch wunderbar. Unsere Zimmer waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und es war nichts beanstanden. Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz im Doppelzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. Der Pool ist schön und es gibt dort liegen sowie Dusche. Also auch alles da. Man kommt überall mit dem Aufzug. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir hatten dort sehr schöne zwei Wochen!

We really had a pleasant stay at Upsun Hotel! The most warm and welcoming check in from Sandra. Good location, nice room and great with free sunbeds and bicycle “rental”. The rooftop pool was a very nice place to hangout and enjoy. Also a very nice gesture with free coffee and water in the reception.

Excelente ubicación a pocas calles de Miami Beach , lavandería, supermercado Publix, y tiendas de descuentos ☺️. Su personal muy amables, siempre estuvieron atentos a ayudarnos y hacer nuestra estadía más agradable. Gracias chicos!!! Sin duda iría nuevamente allí. Un abrazo Erwin y Ximena.

Hotel très bien situé à Miami Beach et à 10 minutes à pieds de Ocean Drive et des plages. Sa situation est idéale car au calme. Chambres confortables, propres, et personnel très sympa, à l’écoute et disponible. Avantage d’avoir des vélos prêtés gratuitement, tout comme serviettes de bain pour la piscine ou pour la plage (2 transats à dispo for free par chambre sur la plage). La piscine roof top n’est pas bien grande mais très agréable avec une jolie vue. Commerces en tout genre à proximité immédiate. Parking sur place mais coûteux (70 usd/jour), cependant c’est pratique. Bref, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons bcp apprécié.

Hôtel très bien placé, le service est impeccable et le personnel très sympathique. Idéalement situé, à 2 pas d’océan drive, de la plage. Tout ce qu’il faut pour se restaurer autour. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas en activité lors de notre venu.

Excellent service and very clean rooms. Even after checkout we could leave our car with them for the rest of the day and we could still use their pool and private beach. Would definitely recommend it.
