It was horrible. I was given a tiny room after booking a one bed with a couch and told there was only 2 rooms like that available and I should’ve booked through the actual hotel instead of Trip.com, I was told several things by several different people just to be called a liar at what I decided would be the end by someone in a suit, who did not address hisself professionals at all. They tried to blame it on a “new employee” but their customer service was by far unacceptable. I got the police called on me after being asked if I knew what I was saying because I was telling him how the other employees had told me they would help/ accommodate. Upon checking in a guest notified me to not leave any valued personal belongings in the room because they had gotten their money ($3000) stolen out of their wallet when the cleaning people came. He only realized after seeing that they folded his clothes. The next morning while dealing with the front people being extremely rude, we were told that A pair of expensive shoes were stolen while they were holding his bags. I also got ugly bites after staying here that are scaring very ugly. Very sad that I wasn’t the first to not enjoy my stay and I’m 100% sure won’t be the last. The service is just horrible. And there is NO compassion. $320 for one night into the trash. I will NOT be returning.
