South Beach Rooms and Hostel

This property has a very international vibe. Lots of Spanish speaking people. They have an exchange program where you can work here and stay for free but you have to speak Spanish. There is a kitchen downstairs. The floors are concrete down there and everything is hand painted

I didn't stay here but I found it online as nearby, to store my backpack while I went to South Beach to swim and walk around. Super convenient and fast. It was $5.60 well spent, I could leave my bag safely and go swimming for a couple of hours with complete peace of mind! Guy in reception was friendly and efficient. Great experience!

This place was awful. I wasn’t expecting the ritz Carlton, but this was beyond terrible. The private room we got was not the same as the pictures of what we were booking by any stretch of the imagination. It was so tiny you could barely walk around, and dirty feeling. They had no blankets at all so we were stuck using the sheets (we had to put on the bed) as blankets as well. When we checked out they tried to charge more for the room, not fees or anything, just additional charges to what I had already paid on ******* when booking the room. We weren’t even allowed to bring our coffee (with lids) in the room the next morning. The facility itself felt unsafe to the point of us putting the mini fridge (which you can’t use due to not being able to have food or drink in your room) in front of the door. For the same price I could have booked a room somewhere far safer, and better. I wish I wouldn’t have used the proximity to my final destination as my basis for choosing somewhere to stay. Unless you are on a major budget and cannot afford anything else at all I’d stay far away from this place. Truly they should be paying people to fill the rooms. Just awful.

Bed are not clean and cause diseases like fungal
