A NIGHTMARE NEVER AGAIN, because the room 703 received is unusable: 1 - the toilet flush jams - water flows non-stop and causes noise. 2 - the toilet door does not close because it is locked. 3 - the air conditioning is damaged - the fan runs at maximum speed regardless of the settings (causing terrible noise). I made a complaint at the reception asking for a room change or repair of the damage. The receptionist and the engineer on duty tried to fix the reported problems, to no avail. The air conditioning cannot be repaired, the hotel does not have a spare room for replacement, the hotel refused to purchase a room free from defects in another neighboring hotel. The receptionist called the manager in my presence and promised to repair all the damage on the next day and to refund the cost of my stay to TRIP.com. In this situation, after 11 p.m., I had to spend a noisy, sleepless night in a room unsuitable for use.
The next day I was deceived once again, I was exchanged for another room (it turned out to be also with damaged air conditioning) and I was refused compensation for 2 sleepless nights due to the noise of the air conditioning and other problems..
