We were greeted by Talia the moment we stepped in. From that moment forward she treated us like royalty. She was extremely attentive and caring. The Casa Casuarina was one of the most extraordinary hotel experiences we have ever had.

From the moment we arrived, the service at The Villa Casa Casuarina was absolutely top-tier. Every staff member — from the warm and welcoming receptionist to the attentive dinner team — went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Staying in the Signature Suite was a dream. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and full of character, perfectly blending the rich history of the property with modern comfort. It’s safe to say I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Miami. Breakfast was excellent each morning, the head server was exceptional, a special thank you goes to Talia, who was a fantastic host throughout our stay. Her hospitality added a personal touch that truly elevated the experience. The entire property is stunning — every corner tells a story, and the pool is absolutely iconic. Whether you’re drawn in by the elegance, the history, or the atmosphere, this place delivers on all fronts. I couldn’t recommend The Villa Casa Casuarina more. You won’t regret staying here — it’s an experience you’ll remember forever.

Ausgezeichnetes essen mit sehr engagierten Kellnern ins besondere means und Alex. Der Check in lief auch sehr geschmeidig, der Front Design war 24/7 besetzt und bereit für sogar die kleinsten Probleme. Isabella und Daniella waren mit Abstand am hilfreichsten und gaben uns sogar tips für die Stadt. Alles in allem sehr hervorragend!!!

The food and the atmosphere were mediocre. It was extremely hot and humid because we were sitting outside, the problem, the big fan that is above everyone was broke, instead of fixing it ASAP knowing you are feeding people the day it broke they left it. The music was in Spanish which I love but this is an Italian place, play Italian music. Very bad management. The house itself though is very beautiful but i wouldn’t be going back to spend another $317!

I stayed two nights and each night was a different room. First room was called the aviary suite the room mostly red decorated with had painted birds. It was second door that opens toward courtyard and circular stairs down towards the dining/pool area. Second night room called il mare master suite it’s the best room because it has huge balcony. First it’s classic decor oriented. There is 3 large window is actually door that slides open towards large balcony. The view on 3rd floor of ocean drive and beach is amazing. Other side also have balcony too. The bathroom also big with some modern toilet. The room is beautiful with many details. The hotel is busy with restaurant, lunch and dinner was crowded. Overall the staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel staff Talia was great. If you want history beauty something unique stay I highly recommend. It’s just more then a restaurant to see

We had a unique and unforgettable experience on our wedding night. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. All the staff were very attentive, especially Tania at the front desk and Luciano at breakfast. The breakfast was incredibly complete, delicious, and plentiful. Dinner at Gianni’s was lovely, with a special table by the pool and very attentive service. The only downside was the early morning noise from the garbage truck on the street behind the hotel.

Do yourself a favor and avoid staying at this place. I must say it is sad to see the former Versace mansion wilt in a state of disrepair, but that's the case. The current owner seems all to happy to avoid maintaining all the beautiful details. And when they did decide to fix up the place, such as in our bathroom, they chose the lowest quality fixtures with equally sloppy workmanship. Fixtures installed upside down, holes in the wall, etc etc. Oh, and that pool? Hope you like swimming in it while a hundred restaurant guests stare at you. Honestly, this is a cheesy restaurant with a couple afterthought hotel rooms above it. Don't waste your money. There are FAR nicer hotels on South Beach for the cost.
