Awesome hotel. Big, clean, comfortable rooms in a wonderful location on Collins Ave. One block from the famous Miami Beach ***** (Ocean Ave), and 3 blocks from the dining street Espanola Way.

Super super comfortable, a newly opened hotel, quite clean. The elevator is always broken, luckily it's on the third floor 😄 The hotel is in a good location, not far from the public parking lot next to it, and there are food on the street behind. I will stay there again next time I come to Miami.

The room is new and clean, the service staff is very responsible and attentive, the location is very good, a few steps away from the beach and very close to the Little Spain Food Street.

Disappointing Experience – Still Waiting for Security Deposit Refund I stayed at this hotel in late May 2025, and while the accommodation itself was decent, the experience has been completely overshadowed by the lack of professionalism in handling my security deposit. Today is July 18th, and I am still waiting for the return of the deposit that was taken on May 29th. I have followed up multiple times, but the responses (if any) have been vague or unhelpful. This kind of delay and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable from any hospitality business. I expected better. I would strongly advise future guests to double-check all charges and be cautious with any deposits or extras. A hotel that takes your money but refuses to return it, even after weeks and clear communication, does not deserve your trust.

Dopo una bruttissima notte passata a Miami in un’altro hotel poco distante abbiamo deciso di provare il Nassau suite attirare dalle recensioni molto positive! Questa volta le nostre aspettative non sono state deluse! Aprendo la porta abbiamo subito notato un ambiente curato e moderno accompagnato da un buon profumo! Le ragazze e i ragazzi alla reception sono gentilissimi e una (Mercedes ) parla molto bene l’italiano! La camera e il bagno sono altrettanto moderni puliti e profumati! Per noi entrare qui dentro dopo aver passato la prima notte a Miami in un’hotel terribile , e’ stata una vera gioia!

The room was large and modern, and extremey clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Eduardo, who was always ready to help with smile and good humour. The location was perfect, being very close to the beach, but, being in a relatively quiet street.

This hotel is honestly lovely. We had some issues when we first arrived. As the lady on reception didn't realise I spoke fluent Spanish and began making unkind remarks about my appearance. This quickly stopped once I replied to her in Spanish. Our sink was also stained with blood which she then tried to blame on my son. Who hadn't even been in the bathroom. Except for her though the hotel was wonderful the rest of the staff couldn't do enough for us. So kind and welcoming to us. Helped with our luggage, allowed us on the roof at night so we could relax outside of our rooms. Situated in an amazing part of South Beach, the location is amazing. The rooms are HUGE and the shower is amazing.
