Ho soggiornato 12 notti in una camera media con vista ingresso,mi aspettavo un minimo di attenzione per l’ospite; check in veloce e freddo, in camera nessuna lettera di benvenuto, nessuna amenities, nessuna bottiglia di vino omaggio. Per un soggiorno cosi lungo mi sarei aspettato un minimo di attenzione. In bagno c’è solo la doccia. La spiaggia chiude alle 18:00. La piscina sul tetto e bar chiude alle 18:00. Nella spa non ci sono asciugamani, se li vuoi devi scendere al piano di sotto e chiederli alla boutique. In camera usano ciabatte infradito da piscina veramente scomode. Il tappeto su cui e’ posato il letto e’ super usurato. Il materasso e’ molto piu piccolo del letto e si vedono le doghe sottostanti. Ottima la linea cortesia.

As a worldwide member like to experience houses on vacation when possible. Seems this one suffers from similar issues to the others, staff that are less than interested in customer experience, over run with wannabe influencers and too many guests. The beach was dominated by those wanting to have photoshoots in various outfits, loud calls arranging ‘opportunities to collaborate’ and slow service. The ‘no-phone’ rule in the gym not enforced as we had to endure an individual on a FaceTime call for 35 mins whilst she was stretching on the floor, no staff to be found to raise this with. The beach stops drink and food service at 15:30!!!! And starts packing the beds away from 16:00 to be done by 17:00 essentially pushing members away. The whole point of membership is to feel valued, appreciated etc and this did none of that at all. When will someone from SoHo House look at the member experience?

Nous arrivons à 10 depuis notre bateau pour une escale pour boire un verre dans cet hôtel. Nous nous présentons au gardien a l’entrée de l’établissement qui nous accueille correctement et nous invite à entrer. Nous expliquons que nous venons juste boire un verre et que nous souhaiterions bénéficier du service Wifi. Il nous répond aimablement qu’il n’y a aucun problème, nous invite à rejoindre le bar et l’accès Wifi nous sera donné là-bas. Nous commandons donc et demandons le code Wifi à la serveuse. Celui-ci nous est refusé car nous ne sommes pas "membres." Nous demandons alors à la gérante et même discours que la serveuse, mais bien contraire au gardien. Pour consommer, nous sommes les bienvenus, mais pas de service, c’est vraiment très mesquin. Se connecter au Wifi et rapatrier quelques mails ne coûte rien à l’établissement. Vraiment pas accueillant ni compréhensif. Je ne conseille vraiment pas cet hôtel. Il y a d’autres établissements sur l’île, bien moins haut de gamme, mais qui offrent beaucoup plus de convivialité et de service. Nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds au Soho. A FUIR !

I’m a member of Soho Beach House and thought it would be fun to do a staycation at the hotel for a mental break, I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are so nice and the beds are comfy! They have a happy hour cart that comes to your room to offer a complementary cocktail - I thought this was so fun and really nice!

Never had such a bad experience with front desk of hotel. Did a huge mass with the charging of my bill, had to explain 5 times what do and still they didn’t figure it out basic things. Also, they have weird charges that appear suddenly with their “ friends” system. Just a trend, not really hotel.

Samantha Radlein is by far the worst thing to happen to the Soho House brand. She is rude, pretentious for no reason, condescending to members and guest and overall a horrible representation for Soho House. We need to do better! We need people who actually like people and their job if they are going to be in the position that she is.

The food in the Italian restaurant was decent the rigatoni was a bit pasty but the little pillows with roasted meet was really good. The wheels came off the bus when we went to leave. We live in Palm Beach but we’re in Miami for the weekend staying at Nobu (super nice!!) Anyway our server pointed us to a door in the back to access the path along the beach. We walked out an unlocked door to a nice looking pool. When I took a picture I was accosted by a lady yelling loud enough to make a scene telling me I can’t take pictures and telling me it’s a members only club. She had no uniform and no name tag. I told her we were just walking through and she wasn’t having it. My wife and I stay at nice places all over the world and have never been treated like this. Spent over $600 in there between the bar during the day and dinner. I had no idea it was a members only club. They invited us in with our two dogs in the early afternoon, so we booked dinner with them. After this lady thoroughly embarrassed us, three more guys show up in jeans and shorts no name tags asking us to leave. I was so caught off guard I’m very sure I was anything but pleasant. But there are many amazing places to stay in Miami (that actually have beach access!) probably no need to do anything here except maybe have a drink. The bartenders were very nice. So to sum up…drinks great, dinner okay, management, quite disappointing, snooty and nasty. Too bad :(

The best hotel and beautiful view! Everything was exceptional from the food to the amenities. They had great food choices and so many near by restaurants, stores and walking distance to the beach. At the time a post circulated on TIKTOK and They protected one of their amazing employee named Sonya from another male employee who was trying to pass as a woman on pride month. That’s a great company who protect woman’ right and their safety. 100% recommended this hotel!! Thank you soho for the wonderful stay and hospitality.
