I came for a wedding and couldn’t shower as the shower knob came off onto my feet. No one seems to care when I told them. I paid a lot of money

The receptionist was rude.. spoke like an uneducated person.. had a ******** attitude.. I forgot my luggage.. They said they had to collect money., They just returned the luggage.. They charged me $50. They said they charged some fee. I don't understand. I arrived a bit late so I couldn't do anything but let them charge $50. I think I should boycott AxelBeach Miami Beach Hotel from the online booking system and the Miami Hotel Association.😡I'm so mad at this hotel staff.

I don’t even get my deposit back , and the room was not good , they give us a room on the stairs to noisy

It was good but too *** oriented . Nobody changed our bedsheets if we didnt ask.

Very pleasant pool

There is one great plus for this hotel location! But all the amenities are old and broken. Room was spacious but view was to the other wall. Found only one plug in the room, so had to move coffee machine around. Tiny fridge. Pool looks fine but water not really clean…

Reasonable price, very close to Miami South Beach. Big room. Small swimming pool. Many restaurants nearby, very convenient.

A perfect location to be able to tour both Miami Beach and take the bus to Miami City. The hotel is in the Bell building, but the structure is a bit old. A general renovation is needed here. Cleanliness isn't the best, insects around, the pool is nice but not kept well enough. The place has great potential and beautiful people inside, but that doesn't cover the need to renovate the rooms a bit.

The location of the hotel in Miami's South Beach, just like the one in the picture, is impeccably located and you can easily walk to any nearby crowd gathering place. The room is relatively old and has a "village in the city" feel, which is very inexplicable, or more or less weird.

The rooms here are simple and clean There are many gourmet restaurants on the street next to it Many exotic dishes
