The location of this hotel is very good, right in the most lively place in Miami's South Island, but the hotel is relatively old overall, and the flush toilet is a bit leaky. In general, the location is perfect, but the environment is relatively ordinary, a bit like a homestay.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would there has been no power or hot water for two days. I was missing a TV remote when I first checked in front desk argued and said that I did something with the remote after only being here for five minutes, staff does not speak English which is difficult to speak with them, and they are very rude and laugh at the situation going on.

we stayed in this beautiful Art Deco Hotel....The room was Big and Bright with Ocean views...It was close to all the restaurants, shopping, Beach.....Lots of Art Deco history as well.... The staff were very friendly and helpful..I think it was Alexandria, the manager ...she was super!!

Looks good on the outside. Perfect view from our corner room. Nothing else was good. It was mildew in the bathroom, looked dirty all over. Elevator was "jumping". House cleaning ladies did not even bother to say hello. We left 10 dollar on the pillow, as a thank you for cleaning our room. They did't even put the right amount of towels back, or clean the floor. We heard every little noise from outside the room. The noise in the front of the hotel went on during the night. Will never stay here again.

Amazing for the location and if you truly want those retro art deco Miami vice type of vibes! Quick walk to the beach and very budget friendly. A bit out dated but it worked for a great and easy weekend. You can walk right out the door to all the restaurants and steps away from the water and main *****

Hotel storico e affascinante visto da fuori , la posizione ottima proprio su ocean drive. Peccato che internamente l hotel sia davvero in cattivo stato , sarebbe da ristrutturare e pulire a fondo … le camere un po’ meglio .. ma si potrebbe fare di più .

My Experience staying here was excellent everyone was very helpful and kind when i call the desk for them to get something no issues would reply quickly i would definitely recommend staying here right across from the beach to with a great view

I promise the good reviews are all bought. If you read through them, they all sound the same and mention the same people. This place is gross, hot, and outdated. The bought 5 star reviews failed to mention the clogged drains, dirty halls, broken elevator, and centipedes in the bathroom and beds. Don’t do it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! The entire hotel is in shambles. We had BUGS in our room!!! IN OUR BED!! Coffee Pot Broke. Room is small.... very small. When we booked, we were told we had a continental breakfast...Not true. We were told we needed to have it in writing, or we pay for it. We were told ******* made the mistake. And we shouldn't have been told that. But I called them myself prior to check on the reservation number and details. There was no manager on site each time we asked to speak to a manager. NO Manager ever spoke with us. The 1st night we stayed we were up an additional 2hrs. for them to clean disinfect and change the bedding. We wanted our money back to go to a different hotel or at the least be moved to another room...We were told NO on all counts, because NO manager was there to provide us with any changes...Don't go here it was a living nightmare!!!!!!!!!! I WANTED TO SCORE 0 BUT WAS UNABLE TO.
