Super nice expérience. We were feeling very welcome . The service was friendly and professionnel at the same time. The food was delicious and authentic. Really appreciate the little quiet street near the action. Definitely, we are coming back

My wife and I checked into Betsy Ross in Maimi Beach. George and Josimar made us feel at home with the check in process. Of Course Juan made us feel welcome with his signature watter and proseecco offer and his warmth and support. Room was quite small but very clean and very welcoming. The Art on the wall was amazing. You have a great team at this hotel and they were very helpful with tips on great hotels. Fitz, my brother from Haiti had to find our Iner who was stuck in traffic. Overall the experience at Betsy Ross was indeed special and we look forward to staying here when we return.

Hey there , this weekend was wonderful, my girlfriend and me was really tired before to come in the Hotel . We stayed 2 night and we’re feeling really rest . Everything was perfect , the team was perfect with us, especially Chris Travers . Thanks for everything.

Fritzner at The Betsy Hotel South Beach so kindly extended my checkout time due to my daughter’s unexpected illness at no added charge! His professionalism speaks volumes! The Betsy is THE BEST hotel in South Beach! (stayed 3x at boutique and corporate) The Betsy offers the most incredible guest experience in terms of exquisite and classy ambiance, attentive genuine customer service, superior cleanliness, perfect amenities, affordable dining, including free live nightly entertainment, free umbrella and chairs. ( You truly don’t need a rental car) The evening hotel manager/concierge was very genuine and kind checking in with me each day my daughter was ill. Don’t hesistate BOOK TODAY!
