Restaurant was closed. Dirty all around. No soap. Criminal element all around. No help with parkidng. Dangerous glass dresser top in room. Smell throughout hotel.

Wat was het vies, echt vies. Bij aankomst ontlasting op de tegels in toilet. Kamer was bizar....nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Toilet achter de bril/klep stof en veiligheid van maanden. Wat betekend dat er wellicht alleen doekje over bril is gegaan. Luxaflex welke oorspronkelijk wit zijn, maar door stof nu grijs. Welke afgebroken zijn en niet goed werken. Stofwolken die je tegemoet komen, bloedvlekken op de lakens badkamers vuil, kasten goor. Nou eigenlijk gewoon dramatisch.

I was shocked. The staff were nice, but the rooms were not as I saw them in the pictures. The bathroom was broken. The air conditioning was not working. I could not last for an hour. I had to leave and stay in another hotel. I lost the value of my stay because it was non-refundable.

Diciamo che do una stella perche' di meno non si puo'. Hotel sporco, camere vecchie e rumorosissime. Servizio pessimo, un hotel da evitare a tutti i costi. Il receptionist notturno scostumato ed arrogante ci ha fatto vivere durante il check notturno un film Horror. L'acqua calda usciva molto lentamente, 25 dollari di tasse e manco una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Hôtel à fuir tout était défectueux ou sale. Il y avait des mauvaises odeurs qui nous ont obligé de déménagé en pleine nuit!’ Le service n’est pas bon les parasols de la piscine cassé . La literie mauvaise Et 25 dollars le parasol à la plage . Bref il n’y a aucun point positif à cet hôtel Ils disent rénové l’hôtel mais ne pas y croire c’est juste une couche de peinture pour cacher la misère.

We came here after finishing our cruise for a few days. The whole place is run down and dirty. The staff we fist encountered was rude and unhelpful. After being told by email we could check in early this member of staff just kept saying no and sending us away. First room they put us in was so run down and had no light as all as the window was against another buildings side. The floor was uneven and the carpet not nice at all. We asked to be moved and the lady on reception this time was super helpful and moved us to room higher up. Yes we not had light in the room but it was no better. The bed was on wheels that didn’t lock so every time you moved the bed shot off across the room. The mattress was so uncomfortable we did not sleep for 2 nights. The elevators were seriously in need of some work, dropping between floors and rocking . The pool would be nice if they cleaned it, it has all crap floating in it and at the bottom. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We even booked a different hotel and left a day early. Avoid if you can.
