Buona la posizione a Miami beach. Per tutto il resto un po’ una delusione. Non risulta a mio avviso adatto ad europei, troppa differenza con le nostre classi/stelle. Finiture da pena, ascensore da paura. Stanze rumorose, vecchie e un po’ puzzolenti come tutte le aree comuni. L’aria condizionata non era regolabile è fastidiosa la notte. Colazione stile americano e non continentale. Simpatici gli addetti. Grandi potenzialità ma la direzione dovrebbe investirci qualche soldo.

Cet hôtel a un seul avantage: son emplacement. Pour le reste, personnel assurant le très strict minimum, non accueillant ni aimable: aucun bonjour ni considération. chambres usagées et usées, salles de bain petite. Petit déjeuner calamiteux et indigne d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. De plus, la salle dédiée se trouve dans le hall de l’hôtel, capacité et espace sont de plus insuffisants. Le service est quasiment inexistant : pas de verre, pas de glaçons. Insonorisation insuffisante due à la maintenance insuffisante de l’immeuble

très déçu de cet hôtel, pas du tout comme sur leur site, où il montre de très belles photos il est très bruyant la nuit, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être refaite, le petit déjeuner, pas de chocolat en poudre pour les enfants, les croissants sont sous plastiques. le seul point positif la mer se trouve à 100 mètres

Terrible experience. Paid $30 for advertised parking—none available, spent 2 hours searching. I'm disabled and emailed ahead asking for an accessible room—was put on the second floor, end of a long corridor. Manager refused to speak with me, no refund given, and never showed up when promised. Avoid this hotel.
