I had an exceptional experience at the Berkeley Park Hotel Miami Beach. The staff were incredibly attentive, and I particularly appreciated the serene and quiet environment, which made for a truly relaxing getaway. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Miami Beach, this is the place to be. Thank you

Quaint boutique hotel with very friendly staff and clean as well. Rooms are updated, pretty spacious and clean (which is much appreciated). Hotel is nice and quiet, no rambunctious guests. This hotel is 2 min walk from the Convention Center (garage side) and 5 min walk from the South Beach. The staff (I dealt with 3 front desc concierge) are phenomenal, down to helping with jewelry latch closing, when I was not able to do it myself. I highly recommend this hotel for a quick business trip.

Ótimo hotel. Quartos novos e bem equipados, com máquina de café e frigobar. Localização excelente. Atendentes prestativos e educados. Estacionamento com manobrista a 40 dólares a diária. Se quiser estacionar no public park do lado, é apenas 20 dólares a diária.

I will start off by saying the property is clean as are the rooms. Cesar and the staff were great for the several days I stayed there. The room I was in, was the worst room in the hotel, a tiny shoebox on the 1st floor, a few steps from the elevator and tile floors that make the sound echo when people are coming in from a night out. The bed in that room needs replacing because one side is sagging because the opposite side has no room for anyone to get in or out of. The built in safe door would not close and banged into it several times. The remote control in my room stopped working and could not be helped until the next day so the tv was on all night and unable to change the volume. Came back from working to relax only to have construction hammering and banging in the room above mine while taking a nap. It was a comedy of errors but that room hardly warranted the price or the “resort” fees, I didn’t feel like I was at a resort by any means. Nice small pool on the roof, no view of anything, but it is set up nice. The restaurant is not fully indoors or air conditioned, it was 105 heat index, last thing anyone wants is to sweat for dinner, that was a bit rough. We had to go for breakfast and dinner elsewhere as a result. Tried to order room service once, the QR code didn’t work so used UberEats to order food. Picture from the lobby into the restaurant where you can see the condensation from the temp and humidity. It’s a nice place, just bad circumstances during my trip, no fault of the staff whatsoever. This place has potential, definitely need to sort out their situation, with humid days being so frequent, they are not alone, many al-fresco only dining options that I find interesting. Hit or miss…

We were welcomed by the receptionist Cesar on the evening of arrival. After a long day of travel he did his best to welcome us as best as possible! We had looked at the reviews before arrival and saw his name coming back often. So we could already guess it without him having to introduce himself. In short the reviews were definitely right! We had a super nice meal at the restaurant in the hotel since we were too tired to go out on this first evening. The room was neatly made up every day and the towels changed, super nice! On the day of departure we could leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out. They were locked up and were well looked after. If we needed anything we could just get it! We are super satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back! This is certainly also due to Cesar and his appearance, compliments to him!

Our Emails and voice messages never answered nearly 2 weeks after stay. Email sent to manager: We were given your email by the front desk to speak to you about some issues we encountered while staying at your establishment this week. On Saturday, 5/25 we came back to our hotel room #214, after a day at pools and the beach. We attempted to take showers to get ready for our dinner reservations, but the shower was not operational. We immediately contacted the front desk and explained the situation and we were told they would send someone from engineering up. We waited a few minutes and called again when no one arrived to stress our dinner reservations were approaching and asked if there was another room we could shower in and the desk said that was not an option. At this point I resorted to attempting to take a shower on the pool deck, without shampoo, because I was unable to remove them from wall in shower caddy. I got to pool shower and had to embarrassingly attempt to shower with the broken pool shower head and with a deck full of other guests. At this point my boyfriend came up and said the front desk would allow us to use another room to shower. We were given room #207, which was unoccupied at the moment, but still not cleaned by room service. We entered room which was filthy. The shower was wet, had bunches of hair in shower drain, the sink area had a mixture of liquids all over the counter and room was overall dirty. Photos attached. So with no other choice, both my boyfriend and I had to shower and then walk back to our room through the hallways carrying our stuff back and forth. The embarrassment we encountered and unsanitary conditions we were unfortunately made to endure is not what we expected of our holiday weekend. On top of that, since we were held up during this entire ordeal we were late for our dinner show reservations and were seated late. One of the employees who came to room to initially try to fix the shower told us to speak to front desk about compensation for our troubles. Upon checkout today, I attempted to speak to someone but was told management was not available and was given this email. Both check in and checkout days were great but the Saturday troubles we encountered were not ideal at all. We understand issues can arise, but a clean room to shower in would have been the ideal solution. We saw other rooms being prepared for arriving guests and we should have been offered one of those cleaned rooms instead. We hope something can be done to compensate us for the problems outlined.
