It's not easy to find a hotel on Ocean Drive with a balcony where you can watch the sunrise while lying in bed. And this room type is not even available on the hotel's official website!
Although the hotel facilities are not the newest, I think the location is really great.
The front desk staff was very warm and friendly, making our birthday trip full of surprises and joy.

De ligging van dit hotel is perfect, je ligt vlakbij het strand en de mooie wandelstraten. Voor de parking vraagt het hotel 28 dollar per dag, met deze kaart kan je constant in en uit de parking rijden. Wij hebben ervoor gekozen om dezelfde parking te nemen maar zonder kaart van het hotel. Dan was de prijs 20 dollar per dag, ideaal en goedkoper als je de auto niet veel nodig hebt. Leuke aan dit hotel is dat je gratis toegang krijgt tot Wynwood Walls en dat is zeker en vast de moeite waard om te bezoeken (zie andere recensie). Wij hadden een upgrade naar een grotere kamer, mooie kamer doch niet goed gepoetst. Er lag nog haar in de badkamer en onder het bed lagen nog chips op de vloer/tapijt van de vorige bezoekers. Deze chips zijn er 3 dagen blijven liggen! In de badkamer was er een lek in het plafond, doorgegeven aan de receptie, ze deelden enkel mee dat we het best op mail konden zetten naar de manager. Ontbijt was ok, maar zeker niet goedkoop. Leuk zwembad op het dak! Conclusie; ligging perfect, onderhoud kon beter!

The Tony Hotel is a lovely clean hotel with a gorgeous pool area free for guests. All the staff are really friendly and accommodating. Jamie at the desk was particularly helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic as you are just a short walk from the beach and busy South Beach ***** but it is still quiet at night. Highly recommend staying here when staying in Miami

The hotel is art deco and that is really great. We had a suite with a separate bedroom. Bathroom could use an update. The floors are not flat so the drawers of the bedside cupboard kept getting open. Cleaning was ok, maar not the best. Breakfast was a little disappointing and the waitress not very friendly. Location is superb and the beach close. The parking is perfect, but just do it yourself. The parking garage is a 5 minutes walk. Ocean Drive around the corner. Great boulevard to walk/run along the beach and harbour.
