Did you ever go to a place and the dining room was EMPTY but they could not seat you. Said we could sit at the bar where techno music was extremely loud. Never had anybody come over. Asked if we could seat at one of the many EMPTY tables but NO. We can’t seat you. Went across the street. Had a great meal went back and hour later and place was still EMPTY. First rule in business: don’t turn away paying customers. Never understand this.

I place itself was fine however having one towel and one wash cloth for 3 days is ridiculous and nasty. Spoke to the landlord who says he changes them every 7 days is insane. Then he promised to bring clean towels ovet the ne:t dsy which he didn't. Unless you are dirty and don't mind this then the pla e id for you. Myself never will I stay there again. I definitely won't recommend it..

The property smelled like mildew, sheets constantly felt wet. The vents did not work for the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom was so small with 2 twin beds that you could not even open the door the whole way. Rusty metal pipes in the bathroom holding towels. Outlet in the bathroom did not work, toilet seat cover was loose and slid. Closest overnight parking was 4 blocks away.

Great stay, needs sun blocking drapes As a family we travel quite often and being a Miami native I knew what to expect of the city and more or less what to expect of our stay which was quite pleasant... with one exception. (Julia) Please have your vendors service your unit when is empty. I know this can be tricky especially if their is an issue but we were awoken from an afternoon nap by our scared children as you were opening the door to test the fire alarm. A heads up, maybe a quick text would have been nice as I was in constant communication with Alex. As you'll read in other reviews the parking is a hassle if you're not used to $30+ nightly rates or playing chess with your car (FDOT is your opponent) this will come as a surprise so don't blame the property if you get towed. As others have mentioned in their reviews the lack of blinds are the main reason for my score. You mentioned in another review that its avail upon request but it shouldn't be, it should be standard in every room. Aside from that everything was great. Location was great, plenty of food options all around us and pretty quiet for our standards.

Very clean Very clean, chic and has everything we needed. Nice location. Close to whole foods grociery store. The king bed is very comfortable. They have already put new dish-sponge and detergent and also dishwasher detergent in the room. Only one negative thing is the sofa bed. It is small and uncomfortable. Other than that we loved everything
