First, when I arrived there was no one at the reception, there was a handwritten paper to call, the person who did the check-in didn't even have a uniform, he looked more like a janitor on duty, there were clearly people on ***** in the common spaces, the smell of ***** is very strong (********* and other *****), during the night I heard screams, doors slamming, loud music, people arguing. There was no blanket available, the towels have a nasty smell, and the sheets look like they've been used (not cleaned). The room is in need of renovation, the ceiling is sagging, the floor is loose and dirty, the air conditioning does not work properly, the paint on the walls is peeling and had whip sticking to them, the room does not look like the pictures.
And as if it couldn't get any worse, there were cockroaches in the bedroom.

The pictures for the Harrison are very misleading. My mother, daughter and myself came to Miami for my daughter's 22 birthday. This experience was my worst. I really wished I hadn't went over my budget, because I definitely would have went to another hotel. The hotel was old outdated. The sheets and towels had stains all over them. I'm glad I bought my own. I always travel being prepared for anything. Now on our last day here, they were painting and spraying down the stairs lol. Let's see what that does. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, my mother told me I should have. I forgot. My apologies. I'm not exaggerating.

Hotel orribile a dire poco… foto completamente fuorvianti!!! Arriviamo e nel corridoio della nostra stanza la moquette era lurida a dir poco, inutile dire che non l’hanno pulita nei 3 giorni che siamo stati la! Non ci hanno neppure mai rifatto la camera… per non parlare della colazione!! Le foto delle brioches?! Mai viste!!! La colazione consiste in un caffè andato a male e delle fette dì pane ammuffite abbandonate nella zona colazione chissà da quanto tempo! Il sevizio reception pessimo… ci hanno addebitato un prezzo più alto dì quello pattuito per errore e incompetenza del personale! Mai mai mai più… lo sconsiglio vivamente!

This place is an absolute catfish. Do not believe the pictures, they are no representative of what we experienced at all. The place had broken floors, splatters on the wall, and mold in the bathroom. The air filter looked like it had never been replaced and there was a hole under the door that we had to cover up in fear of bugs getting in. We checked out and didn’t even stay, we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible and didn’t even care about losing the money. Do not stay here!

Umido, sporco, accessori bagno arrugginiti, moquette impresentabile, servizio biancheria quasi inesistente. Non fidatevi delle foto, la realtà è assolutamente diversa. In Italia l'avrebbero già fatto chiudere da un pezzo! 1000 $ per 7 notti spesi malissimo ! Peccato, perché la posizione è magnifica, vicino alla spiaggia di South beach e Ocean drive.

Hi I just want it to let ur know that me & my boyfriend been staying at Harrison Hotel for quit a while till we able to get a place of our own & we are having a great experience with the staff is so friendly from the front desk, housekeeping. Especially David, Luis, & Atuan I recommend this Harrison Hotel who ever wants to have a nice x calm Hotel very cozy. Myrna Rodriguez

Hotel mutio ruim. Colocam no site que tem café da manhã e não tem. Não tem estacionamento. Sem elevador. Para acessar os quartos há escadas, que estando com malas fica dificil. Atendimento da recepção muito precario. Pouco profissional. Nunca colocavam o numero de toalhas suficientes. Hotel sem manutenção. Se não pedir que arrumem o quarto, não arrumam. A unica vantagem é a localização a 3 quadras da praia e da Ocean Drive.Não recomendo.

*Beware of this Hotel* 5 night stay Location was good. We got catfish. Pictures on the website are not the same as what the hotel looks like in person. From day one we started having issues. We killed one or two roaches every day. Key card had to get reactivated every day. Front desk was not 24hr. They do not have breakfast even though it says "Breakfast Included" We had a bad storm one night and the ceiling started leaking from the ceiling light. They put us in another room to sleep for the night but never bother to check the room to see if any damages. Didn't even bother to ask if everything was OK. Overall, they suck and need to be shut down or fined. Do not do what I did and ignore the negative comments because I did. I don't like leaving any negative comments but this place is not what it looks like. Rooms: Not what is on website

i couldn’t stay there !!!!! i book other place , roaches all over , costumer service doesn’t exist . all it’s unreal , don’t look the pictures they are not real . waist time and money not even close to be a good deal
