Dear Ladies und Gentlemen,
Thank you for your consern about our opinion regarding our stay.
Unfortunately we feel disappointed by the attention and the condition of the hotel facilities.
First of all reaching the hotel was very difficult, since the hotel does not have any road sign indicating the name .
The front desk staff did not explain us about the content of the resort fee or the breakfast schedules. Nor did we get a glas of prosecco as indicated in the resort fee which we found out later trying to see what's included. None of the bellboys showed any interest in taking the suitcases to the room, we did it ourselves.
The room shows the passage of time and the lack of care.
We would have expected a different experience in a high class hotel.
