Not recommended. First, the price/performance ratio is not high. In addition to the fees paid on Ctrip, there is a resort fee of $50 per day and a parking fee of $53 per day at the hotel. The second facility is very general. There is no way to compare the beach with the southern beach. There is no way to compare with the hotel beach facilities in Yalong Bay. To get to the beach requires crossing a pedestrian trail. The pool is very small and doesn't feel like a vacation ⛱️. It is recommended to choose a cheaper or more expensive hotel. Not worth the price. Nearly more than 430 dollars a day, not worth it.

We had multiple issues with service such as multiple request for ice to be delivered to the room never happened, food delivered to a a complete stranger's table outside reading by the pool. I understand that mistakes happen but any decent property the staff would just re-make the food or have some kind of problem resolution. They did at least replace the fries when we asked since they had been sitting for a bit and cold. We also found out there's towel service after seeing other people get setup with towels. The pool staff will not proactively offer or get you towels if they see you arrive at the pool without towels. Andaz is supposed to be a casual luxury brand. That means you really don't have to think about the small stuff because it's just taken care of. You're constantly thinking about the small stuff here.

I've stayed at the former Confidante before and it was nice, but Hyatt truly went above and beyond in reimagining this as an Andaz property! While not everything was complete quite yet, the service, property and food/beverage were all outstanding. We look forward to returning for a longer stay!

This was my first time at the hotel and i loved it! A very unique experience. My favorite part of it all was the beach club, i loved the colors of the equipment and especially the service.Shoutout to the gentlemen at the beach named Ray. Hes a very professional young man and hard working. Over all 10/10 experience! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I went to celebrate her birthday. The service was great - from the complimentary welcome drinks to the restaurant staff to the pool and beach attendants. (Luis at the beach took great care of us.) The Tres Leches French Toast was fantastic. We definitely plan on coming back!

My friends and I went to the beach behind the Andez all weekend. Luis, Dayne and Leo were extremely helpful with our experience! We didn’t stay at the hotel but used the beach chairs and came back everyday because they were so accommodating, kind, and helpful! Thanks guys!
