Swimming pool under renovation, but view from balcony still looked so amazing!

Leo and Daniel were awesome at the beach. Set up our chairs and made the experience seamless. Great day for my girls and I.

Amazing experience and beautiful property. From Smart at the pool bar, to Daniel and Leo at the beach, truly a must go place for pleasure or business.

Andaz much more than met my expectations. It as a modern and classy newly refurbished property that is very well done. The pool area is great and Yaro at the bar was an amazing bartender as well as a very nice guy. The beach is obviously beautiful and well maintained, and the location of the hotel is perfect. We are coming back next month! The staff at the front desk is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. No complaints about this property at all.

The Andaz Miami Beach was located perfectly right on the beach. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated and were clean and comfortable. We had a great view of both the beach and the Miami skyline. Beds were very comfortable and provided a great nights rest. The pool area and beach were great as well. There were plenty of chairs available around the pool and the staff is very attentive. The beach also had complimentary chairs as well. Breakfast each morning was delicious as well. The fresh squeeze orange juice and French toast were excellent. We ate lunch by the pool as well one day, and it was very good as well. The valets did a great job any time we dropped off or picked up our car. Overall, our stay here was excellent and we will definitely return on our next visit to Miami.

This falls far short of an Andaz property. Shower didnt work (but maitenance fixed promptly). Walls are thin and you can hear everything in adjacent room. Housekeeping is incompetent. They put wet sheets and comforters on our beds, promised to replace them, snd never did. At least the beach is nice and the prices for food are certainly Andaz level!
