Not recommended. First, the price/performance ratio is not high. In addition to the fees paid on Ctrip, there is a resort fee of $50 per day and a parking fee of $53 per day at the hotel. The second facility is very general. There is no way to compare the beach with the southern beach. There is no way to compare with the hotel beach facilities in Yalong Bay. To get to the beach requires crossing a pedestrian trail. The pool is very small and doesn't feel like a vacation ⛱️. It is recommended to choose a cheaper or more expensive hotel. Not worth the price. Nearly more than 430 dollars a day, not worth it.

First off, this restaurant has a fantastic view and is decorated so beautifully. From all of the flowers inside to the DJ pumping some great music while dining was so nice. All of the food that we ordered was delicious. Most meals in this area were $200 plus for three girls but the cost for this restaurant was fantastic.

Having stayed at this hotel many times,I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the world (no exaggeration)! The food, drink and hospitality (especially the crew like Kimoni) make this such a relaxing stay. Although this is mid beach, (30mins walk to South beach) it has all amenities you need such as an amazing pool, beach beds, poolside waiter service. It has a spa which is moderately priced if you want a little bit of relaxing time! Thank you to all the staff for making a great stay!

I stayed here one night because of my cruise and it was good. It’s a nice hotel and they also have a resort pass. I like how you cross the street and the beach is right there. The food at the restaurant is good. The only thing I did not like was the coconut alcohol drink. It was watered down and around $50.

we BOOKED through super.com which was a BIG mistake. No one alerted us that the pool would be nonexistent. Torn up and a big messy dirty noisy construction site was in it's place. The confidante front desk was amazing and let us cancel before hand but super.com keeps not refunding our money and asking us to provide a letter from the front desk. I have been on hold for over 4 hours with Hyatt direct, Hyatt accounting department and also the confidante where they transfered me. I got through once and they hung up after 30 seconds. I cannot get this resolved and therefore cannot get my money back! I think this is fraud because when I booked the hotel no one ever mentioned there would not be a pool adn they KNEW this was scheduled to happen. I just want someone from Hyatt to provide me with a letter and no one is helping me. I even tried to text and they are blocking my texts. Funny is I am going to NYC and was going to stay at Hyatt. NO MORE! their customer service is horrible!
