I have stayed in many brand hotels, but I was not disappointed by this one. The service was not there! The facilities were just a fake Hilton! I booked a room with breakfast, but it was not there. I showed the order to the front desk, and they gave me some fruits and pancakes. They also asked me to pay an additional 30 US dollars. They said it was beyond the standard! Also, when I checked in, they said there was a problem with the system and there was no room card. I can't describe how I spent 4000 RMB to stay in such a Hilton for one night. If you are a Chinese, I sincerely tell you that you can avoid the pit. I have stayed in so many hotels so far, and this is the first time I have reviewed it!

The staff to start off with was incredible. Henry, Les and Andre went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Our room had a beautiful side ocean view and a great balcony which we used a lot. The hotel is very clean and the amenities including the Beach club, restaurant, pool and fitness center were all top notch. We were supposed to be on an international trip, but due to the ineptness and lack of customer service from American Airlines we decided to stay in Miami Beach. The Hilton Bentley team more than made up for it and let us have a wonderful time. I cannot thank them enough!

Nous connaissons bien cet hôtel depuis de nombreuses années. Il faut choisir une belle chambre avec grande terrasse. La plage est magnifique les lits très confortables et le personnel charmant. On peut déjeuner sur la plage on vous apporte votre commande. C’est très bon mais pas donné Seul point noir mais vraiment noir le petit déjeuner. On a jamais vu ça nulle part ailleurs dans le monde même dans des hôtels très simples. Beurre confiture et cream cheese ils doivent les peser pour que ça ne dépasse pas la dose pour un bébé Croissant c’est un seul avec café une tasse seulement et un jus d’orange On ressort en ayant faim Pour 15 $ allez chez Starbucks à côté Vraiment l’hôtel n’est pas bon marché ça fait vraiment mesquin Le petit déjeuner n’a jamais été fameux mais il y avait un petit buffet

Stayed here one night before a cruise leaving from Miami. Overall we had a wonderful experience. This hotel is located in the quieter part of South Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even the maintenance guy who rode in the elevator greeted us. Hotel was clean and well-kept. The only negative is that we heard other toilets flushing/showers running. Overall, we recommend this place and would stay again.

I loved staying here, the street was a dead end. Higher priced so it’s not as crowded. Get a spa day pass and enjoy all the Miami Hilton/Bentley has to offer without the price tag of staying here. Bathrooms are huge for an art deco Miami hotel.

Being a Hilton honors member has its perks. We checked in on the app, chose our own room and had a key ready for check in. Arrived at 10am and they held our bags. Asked for an upgrade and we got a suite. It said check in was at 4 on the app but they had our room ready by 1 and texted me to let me know. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim in the pool, but the hot tub, exercise room and separate men’s and women’s sauna were very relaxing. There is a spa on site too. One of the staff brought us towels while in the hot tub and we didn’t even ask. A housekeeper came to our door and asked if we needed anything. The only complaint would be maybe some outdated furnishings and it’s a bit older looking on the outside. Otherwise the staff were friendly and accommodations were very comfortable.
