昨天來説，整個酒店設施比較舊，可能時間開得比較久了，也打開房間有一股發黴味，可能因為靠着海邊吧，但是環境還是不錯的，陽台也很大出門走幾步就可以到白沙灘還是可以的服務一般因為前台不知道是因為人手不夠還是什麼，總覺得前台沒有人🥲

I have stayed in many brand hotels, but I was not disappointed by this one. The service was not there! The facilities were just a fake Hilton! I booked a room with breakfast, but it was not there. I showed the order to the front desk, and they gave me some fruits and pancakes. They also asked me to pay an additional 30 US dollars. They said it was beyond the standard! Also, when I checked in, they said there was a problem with the system and there was no room card. I can't describe how I spent 4000 RMB to stay in such a Hilton for one night. If you are a Chinese, I sincerely tell you that you can avoid the pit. I have stayed in so many hotels so far, and this is the first time I have reviewed it!

As regular travelers to South Beach and Hilton regulars, I somewhat knew what to expect for our trip to the Hilton Bentley in July. Good location. Check. Nice room. Check. Friendly staff. Check. Typical Miami Beach high prices. Check. But overall, the staff of Orlando, Andres, and Henry helped make up for the premium cost by providing good customer service. My family enjoyed our room and view ( however, the non-stop booming music for Nikki Beach next door was sometimes unbearable), so we'll keep this hotel on the possible return list..

We had a great stay at the Hilton Bentley Miami—nice, clean rooms and a perfect location. But what really made the experience stand out was Melanie at the front desk. She was amazing: warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful in every interaction. If every hotel had a Melanie, travel would be a lot less stressful. Honestly, Hilton should give her a raise. That said, the staff managing the beach chairs and umbrellas could take a page from her book. Those guys were snarky, dismissive, and not particularly friendly, which was disappointing considering the overall quality and price of the hotel. A little courtesy and kindness would go a long way. Still, the hotel itself is nice. If you stay here, just hope you get Melanie at check-in—she’s a gem.

We rented 2 beautiful one-bedroom suites. They were beautiful, clean, comfortable and had stunning views. The staff wete kind and helpful in every way. The pool and beach service was top notch. We loved our dinner at Santorini. All in all, a perfect luxury experience.

Located in the great South of 5th area of the beach, this place is great. I have reviewed this hotel before, and it might even be better. I will be going back,
Clean rooms, great staff and it's right on the beach. It is a bit expensive, but that's the only negative I have.
