Terrible experience, the application reserved the worst room in the hotel, we paid for one with a balcony and they gave us a mini room with a view of a horrible construction that left us unable to sleep, they scammed us, they wanted to steal more money from us to change us to a better room which we had already paid for and which they did not have available either, the entire service was terrible and disgusting, they charged us for two nights for a room with a balcony and they gave us the bathroom room, they ruined my daughter's birthday

The manager at the front desk was not very friendly. The breakfast was terrible, sweet corn cakes were soooo sweet and the cheese tasted weird. The King room looked at a carpark. The TV can't stream anything just local tv stations. The hotel suggested we travel with our own Rocu. Pretty funny in 2024.

I was not happy with my stay at the Hilton. I paid extra to have a balcony and originally wanted an ocean view. When I got Into the room I was looking at a parking lot which was under construction. We also were on the corner of the hall which there was a door going to different floor I assume and the every time the door opened it would squeak and would wake my wife up. The pool was ok. But Service was good. As for housekeeping, no one ever came to the room for clean up but 2 people did walk into our room twice. The first time We were laying down and We got up and left and told her we were leaving and she can clean and she said we had to tell front desk. So not sure why she walked into the room in the first place. Overall I was not satisfied and I would not stay here again.

Alfredo and Donovan were very accommodating! Helpful in every way! They changed our umbrella with the sun a few times with ease. Found out that he was from South Carolina, which explains the hospitality and I loved that. We talked about his hopes and dreams. He's a good guy with a level head on his shoulders.

My family regularly comes to this hotel and we love it. The location is ideal. The rooms are nice. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The one thing that knocked the score down is that valet parking is quite expensive and they do not issue a discount for it if guests stay for a longer period of time (Ouch).

Adriana was the best server I’ve every had!!! She deserves a raise AND bonus!!!!! She surpassed our experience by 1000!!!!!! If we come back to Hilton cabana we will be asking for her!!!!!! We hope next year she is still working there but as a manager instead! Such a super star!
