Hotel staff very nice and courteous, helpful
Rooms were large, modernly furnished and, above all, clean. It was cleaned every day and beds were made. However, there was no water in the room.
It's easy to get anywhere from there, a very good starting point. Unfortunately it's just a bit noisy because the hotel is in the middle of it. If you want to see Miami life, you definitely have to go there

Chambre spacieuse, propre, agréable bien décorée et lumineuse. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel, l’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel attentionné. Toujours disponible. Un grand merci à Carl et toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great place to visit for you and your love one (Spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend). There is plenty of sites to see and do. The staff was very professional and helped with any questions (ensightful).

Was disappointed with the hotel! Location is amazing! There is a food place at the front on the hotel which is lovely. (Not part of the hotel but you get discount as well) My twin room was tiny! I couldnt hear the noise from the front of the busy street but the noise from the room above was very loud and annoying!

I had a great check-in experience. The guy at the front desk was named Ruben. I just came off a flight from Las Vegas and it was an overnight flight, which is very uncomfortable but when I came to the hotel, Ruben took care of everything I needed he was on top of it. I would say very well trained n had a high level hospitality experience.

We had an amazing stay at Waldorf Towers South Beach. Our room was spacious, quietly insulated despite being in a lively area, and offered beautiful views over Ocean Drive. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and top restaurants. What really stood out was Carl at reception—he was genuinely welcoming, gave us excellent recommendations, and made our check‑in seamless. His service truly elevated our stay! Highly recommend this hotel and especially Carl if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and friendly experience.

Comfy room ideally located next to south beach. Loads of patios with good food/drinks nearby. Lounge chairs on the beach were included with my room price. Mateo was very friendly and helpful.

It's been nice staying in the hotel. Very friendly staff and reception people. Carl made it very easy register for us and provided everything we need for our comfortable and non-forgetable staying. He upgraded our room to the ocean view. The room was clean and modern stile.
