Great location and is a good value option for Miami.  The decor is really nice and there are nice features such as a lounge  and laundromat on site.  Juda was particularly helpful with a number of things such as info on the local area.  I would rrcommend

I have to say the one big PLUS about this small place is its location. It is 1 block West  from Ocean Drive & one block to Collins Ave where you can find the local transportation system. Out room was on the 1st floor.This meant you could hear every-single- step guests above us took. We had to call the virtual desk twice because of this. The room came with essential stuff.  There are small roaches that creep in from the kitchen sink and possibly from crack under the main door to room. 

This was a very last minute decision and, though I always check TripAdvisor prior to booking, this time I did not. And I should have. The building itself could have been nice BUT the smell of mold and humidity and dirt was overwhelming. There is no elevator, no one to help. The hallway had a LEAKING ceiling in not one but TWO places. The room is poorly maintained, with old fixtures, but they added the “stylish” details and made pictures like it is modern. The room is dark, even in the AM, and it faces the building wall which is in an arm’s reach.  But here is the WORST PART: the hotel’s management. The cheapest people you will find in town. I called the property manager and he came (rather quickly, I must admit). The nightly price I was supposed to pay was about 65$ and I was trying to be NICE and said: ok, let’s not cancel the entire stay, I will leave next morning, just keep the night’s rate and reimburse me the rest. I will not leave you a bad review, will not complaint to ***********, and leave. The next thing I know, the charged me 170$+ , attention, with a 65$  cleaning fee 😂 which was just a joke as the property was so dirty and poorly maintained. I tried to reason with the management but these are the stingiest ppl you will meet. And also scammers. And the *********** staff was absolutely unhelpful. So I paid 170$ for a night in the WORST place in Miami.  Make yourself a favor and do not go there. Ever
