Mezraia Hotels with Pools

Super excellent Hotel and services. The staff (especially Nadia) among the most friendly, welcoming and helpful of Hotel staffs that we encountered so far during our very numerous travels… A GREAT THANK YOU WITH APPRECIATION ! As for the Hotel itself … NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ! Great room, excellent buffets and, we FELT IT - ALL efforts are made to make the guests feel good and welcome. We hardly are used to make publicities for Hotels, as all guests tastes, likings and priorities are different - but in this case we’ll make an exception…: STAY THERE AND YOU WILL NOT GET DISAPPOINTED !

We spent 10 days here and were absolutely awed by the direct access to the beach. Loved all the facilities provided, gym, pool, table tennis and all inclusive food and drinks. The best thing is that besides 3 meals a day guests can drink cocktails at the bar and have snacks throughout the day until 4am. I really loved the on premises, Medusa bar equipped with its own DJ thanks to whom the music and ambiance were great,we danced every night after dinner. There's also a Moorish cafe where clients can have tea and chicha, the setting is authentic with the server dressed as a genie, he serves the best mint tea in the hotel. I think this hotel has the best beach in Djerba as the others aren't direct or as clean. I felt really safe and happy in this hotel thanks to all the staff who took care of me, from the cleaning to the dinning staff, managers and Barmen and a special thanks to the DJ who played a bollywood song for me. A very friendly doctor was also available on site. We will definitely be coming back in future.

Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

Staying at this hotel was the most amazing thing! We loved absolutely everything. The beach and pool was fantastic and so clean! Accomodation was really nice a clean, really comfortable! Food was really delicious and there were many choices so everyone could find what is the best for him. Staying there was like a dream! We really enjoyed especially the whole programme made by the greatest team of animators ever. There were no time to get bored! Especially thanks to Nino, he was really nice to us, and of course the best dancer ever, learned us many dance steps! :) beach party, zumba party, spectacles every day, many many games, it was the real fun! I highly recommend this hotel! You wont regret, I swear! Thanks for everything!

Dreamful, small hotel right at sea This hotel is really something very special! Beautiful in the eastern style and furnished with much love for the detail. All is lightning clean! Eating is always fresh and very delicious. The entire staff is warm, dedicated and very delicate. Also on special wishes is received at any time (the manager Noureddine makes everything possible). It is constantly working to make it as pleasant for guests as possible. Thanks to everyone for my really perfect holiday! 💕I am very happy to be able to be a guest again in April and June..

Séjour en famille très très agréable. Personnel chaleureux. rien à dire. hôtel fortement recommandé !!! Piscine au centre de l'hôtel très bien entretue. Petit bassin pour les enfants. Cuisine équipée dans les chambres (très utile pour enfants en bas âges). Café/Restaurant intégré à l'hôtel excellent. Vraiment rien à dire
