The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful their wi-fi is weak and hard to access it in the rooms. After a couple of days their food at the buffet started looking the same.The alcoholic beverages are very mediocre in the all-inclusive program

Excellent établissement
D’après tous les locaux, c’est le meilleur hôtel 4 étoiles de Djerba. Et je confirme qu’il est super. Les employés très accueillant très sympathiques. Tout étaient super. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. L’aspect chaleureux de l’établissement.
Les seuls défauts : la connexion internet et l’impossibilité d’avoir des lits vraiment séparées.
J’ai essayé un autre établissement 4 étoiles et honnêtement Je recommanderai à mon
entourage l’établissement Telemaque.
Pour les activités, demandé NAGUI sur place. Il vous fera les meilleurs prix. Un gros coup de coeur amical. Une personne vraie et très correct.

Super hôtel à ne pas manquer
Super séjour, un service à la perfection, les tunisiens sont au petit soin avec les clients. L’hôtel est très propre et très agréable. La plage est très sécurisée. Le restaurant est à l’extérieur les jours de soleil, c’est super sympa et ils font des excellents bambaloni pour le goûter. Et la citronnade est très appréciable.
Je suggérerai tout de même plus de plats tunisiens, ce sont les meilleurs.
Le personnel nous a même proposé de prendre un café et un petit déjeuner froid alors que le taxi nous attendait dehors, à 4h00 du matin.
En résumé : on reviendra, excellent rapport qualité prix.
