We stayed here over other established hotels because we wanted a more private experience. Carolines Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Especially Esther at the front desk. She was extremely responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Palau to stay here.

The property, bungalow and view were all gorgeous and even better than the pictures showed. The breakfasts were delicious, and delivered to your door at your preferred time. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is at the base of a steep hill, but staff are available to transport you and luggage up to your bungalow. Would definitely stay here again. Perfection!

Some tips The property is pleasant but outside of town and requires ground transportation to reach town. (There are a few convenience stores within a 20 minute walk.) Although the facility provides adequate breakfast delivered to your room (there is no restaurant), you must otherwise travel into town to eat or find a place that might deliver for a fee. The online checkin email that the hotel sends in advance doesn't really work since you have to fill out the same information again when you arrive. The staff are nice and everything in the room was operational i e. A/C, Internet, cable TV, coffee machine, etc.

とても静かな、森？の中にある宿泊施設でした。私たちは、（グランピング）ラクジュアリーテントに泊まりました。見晴らしがよく、朝は、一帯が見渡せるバルコニーで、山と海が両方見え、すがすがしくご飯を食べ、時々小鳥が遊びに来ていて、夕方は、これまた素晴らしい夕日がみれます。バルコニーには、火をたける設備（？）があったので、火を焚きながら、バルコニーでご飯を食べました。 姉妹ホテルからは、料理を宅配してくれるので、こちらの宿泊施設でも食べることができますし、姉妹ホテルへの送迎もあるので、そこでご飯を食べることも出来ました。 コロール市内への送迎も無料だったので時々活用して便利でした。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、部屋を具体的に指定したり、深夜到着時に日焼け止めを買いたいといった要望も、聞いて下さって、とっても素晴らしい滞在となりました。 パラオパシフィックリゾートなど、大型ホテルもありますが、静かにのんびり、自分たちの滞在を、ゆったり楽しみたい人にはお勧めです。。 ただ、他の方も書かれていますが、アリはいるでの、そういうのが苦手な人は無理かもしれません。でも、普通に生活している分には、別に攻撃してきたりはしないので、私たちは一切気にならず。 銅製？のようなおしゃれなバスタブもあるので、お風呂も入れますし、半分自然と一体化したような、シャワーもあって、快適でした。。 あとは、パラオの伝統的な彫刻品や調度品もあって、滞在しながら、パラオも感じることができます。 ただ、一つ、綿棒やコットンなどのキットや、石鹸は、なくなっても次の日に補充されていなかったので、あれ？と思いました。それは、あえてお願いをしたら、次の日に大量に補充をされていました。この国では、それが普通なのか？どうなのか分かりませんが、なくなったら、補充してくれるものと思っていたので少し残念でしたが、それ以外が、完璧だったので、それぐらいは許容できる、とっても素晴らしい滞在でした。。

We stayed in the luxury tent and I'm telling you, this is the BEST experience high in the jungle of palau overlooking the ocean. The best sunset views. Full breakfast served on the deck. An outside shower that overlooks all the beauty. Most comfortable bed and bedding. I didn't want to leave. EVER!!! Thank you Rose!!! You ARE THE BEST!!!!

We stayed in a tent and it was wonderful. Beautiful, spacious, with a large deck and view. Transportation service made the remote location a non-issue. Breakfast service on the deck was a treat. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Location is a little bit outside in the jungle but the offer bring an pick up service to restaurants and koror For return just write a WhatsApp Outstanding having a brought breakfast in your private balcony wit best view to the ocean Bed was good! If you are disabled note you have to step stairs. Highly recommended
