The staff in the reception, she told me to buy it at 15 when I asked to have a plug for mobile phone. When I arrived the hotel to check in, the staff asked me to pay @107.00 by credit card including 7.00 for tax(?) . When I checked out, the staff never refunded it. How I need to pay tips for them. Their service was not good😞😩

Spacious room, 5mins walking distance to tram station that can reach Geneva Lake....one set of amenities was prepared for room booked for 2 adults and 1 kids. Good spread of breakfast. Relatively new and shuttle bus service go Airport is available.

The breakfast was beyond my expectation, the front desk service was very good, the transportation was also very convenient. There was a tram going directly to the city center. There was a relatively large COOP one tram stop away. I will stay here again in the future.

The main thing is that it is close, the airport is downstairs, but!! They have new and old T2, I almost made a mistake, it's very far away. It depends on where you fly. The room is still good, it's really convenient if you are on a business trip
