This is the second time to stay at this hotel. I traveled to Mexico six years ago and was deeply impressed by this old hotel. . . The internal environment of the old hotel is impeccably beautiful, but the facilities in the guest rooms are too outdated. The security scope of the gate square has been ”expanded”, and it is not very convenient to get in and out to call a taxi~

The front desk is very friendly, especially the uncle in the restaurant who can speak a word or two in Chinese. He knew that we were from China and needed tissues and brought them to us himself. The uncle at the front desk will also help with luggage and call taxis. The staff are very nice. The only drawback is that there is backflow in the bathroom, dirt will be found the next day, and a toothbrush is found in the toilet (I am sure it was not caused by us). Maybe it's just a problem with this room, I hope this can be improved

The hotel is located in the historical city, less than 10 minutes from Constitution Square, and it is also very convenient to walk to several other famous attractions. There are all kinds of facilities around, and there is a convenience store on the right side of the door. The hotel service is okay, but my memory is not very good, and I forget the request for assistance in a blink of an eye. The room has free snacks, hot coffee, free bottled water, and different pillow choices, which is very considerate. Special mention should be made of the hotel's buffet breakfast, which is great value, has many varieties and is delicious. The dishes are updated daily, and the juice is rich and fresh. I feel full every day. The restaurant staff and chefs are all very professional with smiles on their faces. They fully understand each dish and the presentation is exquisite. It’s great! ! ! Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The design of the room is very conducive to a comfortable stay,wonderful location, easy to go anywhere from here, my family felt very safe in this area because of private security everywhere, will definitely return to this apartment hotel. 😀
