This was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the world! From the moment we arrived, Alex made us feel so welcome and right at home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great- I especially loved the espresso machine. The garden was also a favorite spot of ours. We really did feel right at home here!

After a 15 hours flight it felt like a second home, just in about seconds… The support, kindness and patience especially from Alex, Fernando and Diego was neverending! The staff of the kitchen/houskeeping did a great job and made the stay complete! Viva Mexico ;)

We spent a week at Casa Comtesse and loved our stay! The hotel itself is beautiful and lined with art pieces. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I saw in other reviews, that the rooms near the front were noisy. We didn’t not experience this at all, we found our room at the front to be very quiet despite being near a busy street. The location was great, walkable distance to anything in Condesa and 25-35 mins from Roma Norte. The breakfast was fantastic, they made a special each day, with cheese, meats, fruit, pastries and coffee and tea. You could also ask for eggs cooked any way. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We enjoyed talking with Fernando, Alex and Diego and getting their recommendations. Highly highly recommend staying with Casa Comtesse!

We loved our stay at Casa Comtesse. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, our rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the elegant home and its two courtyards, and we were easily able to walk to many restaurants and Parque Mexico, one of our favorite sites on the whole trip.

Estar alojados en Casa Comtesse fue un gusto, tanto por las bonitas instalaciones de este hotel boutique como por la amabilidad de Alex y todo el equipo que esta trabajando. Nos sentimos como en casa y todo fue perfecto. El desayuno estaba exquisito y cada día había una especialidad diferente. Si algún día regresamos a Ciudad de Mexico, seguro que repetiremos!!!

My husband and I loved this house!!!! So stylish and comfortable and classy. Very well cared for. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that it is setback from a busy road so if you want a more quiet experience ask for a room in the back.

Really lovely house and bedroom. Staff were great - extremely friendly and helpful. Fernando responded quickly to my questions prior to booking. The breakfasts were delicious. I would highly recommend this casa and look forward to staying there again.
