I have lived here for almost three months in a row. Because there were no single rooms, I had to live in a dormitory with beds for three days. The hygiene was very poor and the staff who did the cleaning and took over were also very picky. When I was ready to leave when I felt that this place was not as good as before, the staff here urged me several times before the time came. They were very unhappy when I used the kitchen when I left, and even asked me not to wash the dishes after the meal. I told him that I had been living here for three consecutive months and he shouldn't care too much about the time, which made me very unhappy. Later I said that if you feel that you have used your kitchen service, you can ask me for the fee and I am willing to pay it. Before staying at the B&B, I felt the enthusiasm and service, but now it feels cold and inhumane.

Pésima experiencia con el personal de recepción. Desde que llegamos nos dijo que la descripción de la habitación del hostal que habíamos pagado no era la correcta nos tuvo esperando en recepción más de 1 hr y no nos pudo resolver, solicitamos cancelación y es hora que no nos han hecho devolución.
