Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Mi reservación no fue respetada, yo había reservado un cuarto privado con baño privado. Cuando llegué me querían dar un cuarto con baño compartido por el mismo precio, tenían que ver con el dueño que tipo de descuento podían hacerme y no les contestaba. Además el cuarto que querían darme tenía la cama elevada y era individual en lugar de matrimonial. Decidí no quedarme, pero las personas que trabajan ahí son las más groseras, no están capacitadas para atender clientes. No hacen contacto visual cuando les hablas y no te dan solución a nada. Uno de los empleados le estaba reclamando a otra empleada acerca de sus horarios, delante de los clientes. Tuve que buscar un hospedaje nuevo a las 8 pm en un fin de semana de mucha afluencia en CDMX. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Lo peor de peor . Sucio . Sin ninguna higiene y usan publicidad engañosa. Estos hostales de la cafrna roomies en la condesa y roma en cdmx deben ser reportados y verificados por profeco por la Autoridad competente. Son una estafa un fraude y un asco de lugares. Se considera que un hostal tiene sus detalles . Pero literalmente es un robo . Con razón no tienen póliza de cancelación. Aparte de insalubre estafan a la gente

Tout est très correct très bonne situation géographique le personnel est très agréable C est idéal pour une auberge de jeunesse sachant que les prix sont vraiment très bas Beaucoup de jeunes ont l habitude de cet hostel et l’ambiance est très sympathique
