Hotel in need of renovations. Rooms with warped parquet floors, leaky bathrooms, toilet seats that come unscrewed... definitely not up to NH Collection standards!!!

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator.
