Nice location in Condesa. Very clean, but there’s no heating, which can be a problem in the winter. While there are no bars on the street, nearby house parties made the hotel very loud on two nights. Note that you have to ring a doorbell every time you want to enter from the street, which can become annoying.

La propiedad muy bonita así como la atención del personal.
El ruido se eliminaría si ponen canceles aislantes y vidrio doble, puertas aislantes del ruido. Se escucha todo de la calle y del interior del hotel
El calor es bastante y no habían ventiladores.
Para terminar la mala noche que pasamos había muchos moscos en la habitación y nos la pasamos de cacería.

Overall this was a good place to stay at, I felt safe, comfortable and the location was very convenient. Some of the furniture and bathroom facilities were worn and the drains produce a smell (they are covered with a rubber flap to prevent this). The provided breakfast and snacks were great and the staff was very friendly allowing me to leave my luggage for an extra night while I went on a hike.

Clean, organized property with friendly staff. Most importantly, it is in a safe & quiet neighborhood, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The only potential issue is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so it may get too hot in the summer. As we stayed in March, it was the perfect temperature inside. Would come back again!
