I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience here left me no choice. The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I couldn’t get any signal in my room unless I stood by the door, which made it impossible for me to work or take important business calls. When I raised the issue with the reception, they claimed my room had the “best connection,” which was hard to believe. If this is the best, I can’t imagine how bad it is elsewhere in the hotel. They blamed the issue on the hotel company, but that didn’t solve my problem.
I asked to switch rooms, but after checking other rooms and facing the same problem, I gave up. Standing by the door just to get basic internet access was a nightmare. If you’re visiting for business or need reliable connectivity, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. At best, this place is suitable for sleep—nothing more.

The hotel in general is pretty good, very clean and tidy, with Mexican theme. The location is right in front of metrobus stop and near to Mexico city downtown, although the surrounding zone is not tourist, next to Tepito. The restaurant was big but for my one night stay it didn't have many available options for dinner, only two dishes. If you need something near to central bus station TAPO or airport for a short period I will recommend it.
