Overall, the staff were friendly and it was a clean and not bad hotel, but the mattress was not that great... I kept getting groaned and it was hard!

Super clean and safe. The washrooms and showers are cleaned all the time. I felt like it was cleaner than my home shower. Staff is always making sure things look good. Because the hostel is in the WTC, there is police presence everywhere. Good spots for food as well close by, Roma and Condesa is a short metro bus ride away which was very safe. It's a 4 min walk then a 15min bus ride. Overall, very worth it. I'd stay here again
