The sheets were not changed on the first day of my stay. There was someone else's hair on the pillow. The sheets must have not been changed for a long time. They were not only dirty but also wrinkled. Except that the outdoor plants are real, the green plants in the room are all fake flowers. There is no air conditioning in the room. The electric fan is broken and it is very hot. The sound insulation is very poor at night. I will be woken up by the sound of police cars and other customers checking in in the middle of the night. Siempre que voy a México es mi sitio de referencia. Buen trato, ubicación inmejorable y un gusto exquisito en todo. Todo el equipo son majísimos nos han cuidado muy bien y el desayuno es deli, como dicen allí. Os lo recomiendo sin dudarlo, yo ya mismo vuelvo.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel itself is beautiful and romantic, and it feels tucked away from big city activity even though it’s in a very accessible area! The staff were amazing- very kind, helpful, and genuine. Can’t recommend enough!

El lugar muy lindo y todo pero muy mal servicio. Poca hospitalidad, solo les importa cobrar. Son muy lentos y ofrecen servicios en la página que no cumplen. No volvería. Dicen que tienen bebidas gratis, totalmente mentira. Pedí el servicio de que me llamaran un taxi y con mala cara “intentaron” tuve yo que arreglármelas. Nunca se acercaron a preguntar si todo bien, tienes que andar por tu cuenta.

La mejor opción en la zona! Bien ubicado, en una calle tranquila, llegas caminando a reforma, bares y restaurantes, Chapultepec, museos, condesa, etc.. súper buen servicio; todo el staff es súper amigable y te ayudan en todo lo que solicitas. Además me encantó la decoración y limpieza del lugar es impecable.

Una excelente opción para hospedarse en Mexico. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación en una zona de buenos restaurantes y cercano a lugares que valen la pena visitar. Ademas muy cerca del hotel y principales calles. El servicio en el hotel muy bueno y muy buenos desayunos
