Hotel Embassy

We entered the room and noticed that something under the hand wash basin was clogged. As soon as we turned on the water, within 1 minute the entire bathroom floor was flooded! Lots of water indeed. We went to reception to explain the situation and asked to change rooms because we were in a hurry because we had an appointment. They told us "like a robot" that there was no other room available and that they had already sent someone to fix the problem. Okay, they can't invent a new room, but they could be more empathetic when they answer. The person was unclogging it and obviously in all of this, 2 of the towels we had were used to absorb the water. They didn't give us new towels and, what's more, I told the person who was unclogging to put the towel he had on the floor to absorb the water that was still there, to which he replied "you do it"... And I was just asking him to put the towel on the floor so that, at least, we wouldn't walk in a puddle. Terrible service. There is a lot of supply in the area. I do not recommend this place!

The hotel front desk service is very bad. When I checked in with my child, they gave us a room next to a renovated room. No one lived in the whole floor. The room smelled of formaldehyde. They had a special vacant room, but they deliberately spoiled it for us. The room hygiene is also very poor. Don't stay in this hotel.
