Not family friendly,
This place is not suitable for families if the weather is warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel is too warm for younger kids. The WiFi was unusable. I couldn’t complete any work or play shows for the kids. We left about 2 hours after check-in. They refused to give me a refund after several attempts. I don’t recommend. They lack dignity and respect.

BUENA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, CAMA MUY BUENA, PERO PARA TENER CORRIENTE ELÉCTRICA EN LA HABITACIÓN (POR LO MENOS EN LA HABITACIÓN QUE ME TOCÓ), TENÍA QUE ESTAR PRENDIDA LAS LUCES DE NOCHE TODO EL TIEMPO, SI LAS APAGABAS SE CORTABA LA CORRIENTE, EL CONTROL DE LA TELE NO SERVÍA, PERO DE AHÍ EN FUERA, UN PRECIO JUSTO POR LO QUE ES.

La habitación era muy amplia, todo super limpio, las almohadas un poco grandes para nuestro gusto, la zona en general no se percibe muy segura pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, excelente ubicación para moverse en metro y el staff bastante amable, unas partes estaban en remodelación y las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, en general muy cómodo, excelente para conciertos en el foro GNP
