La remodelación que se llevo a pasillos y habitaciones quedaron muy oscuras, tableros de pagados no corrdinados, persianas sin funcionar.-Personal de recepción muy malo si legas una hora o dos antes te cobran un dia entero sin la deseas ocupar, aunque llegues muy cansado que les cuesta que el husped la ocupes la habitación.-en dode esta la empatia con el huesped? QUEDARON DE ENVIARME MI FACTURA, por que no la entregan como todos los hoetesl a la salida?

Hotel muy completo y elegante, ambiente tranquilo la cama muy cómoda e instalaciones modernas. Con aire acondicionado y cafetera . La regadera con muy buena presión y agua caliente y fría . A solo unas cuantas calles de WTC y cerca del metrobús estación la piedad , fue fácil llegar.
