Nice terrace with kitchen . No shampoo or soap in the shower room or bathroom. Small gym with boxing bag 💪💪👍. Stuff is welcomed.

這裏的員工簡直***，被床上臭蟲咬要求換床不行，非得是身上腫得大家都看不下去了，才會在其他打零工的員工説服下給調換床位。
很多時候是一天天的預訂，幫中國朋友們一起預訂難免出些小紕漏，漏訂或者某天重複預訂付款，之前可以調換一下時間，結果，現在是各種難為要求調換床位，看好了不是要求付款漏訂當天的費用，而且是要求調換床位，不同意就大半夜十一點多欺騙要求必須換房間，看他那麼堅持，不想打擾其他人睡覺，就拿少許東西揹着下樓換房。誰知一下樓就被被各種怒吼，要滾出去！而且不讓上樓拿證件和衣物，即便被凍得渾身顫抖，也不可以！一個女生後半夜沒有證件沒有錢，衣着單薄的在墨城跑來跑去找酒店，……墨城晚上那麼危險，還好沒有出什麼意外，就想請問一下酒店工作人員就這麼冷血和**嗎？
異國他鄉，沒想到會遇到這麼**的人，要求對方道歉更是不可能！報警的話，據説衹是會和稀泥而已，及其腐敗，……遇到這樣的工作人員，衹有認栽的份兒了嗎？
敢問哪家全球範圍內，哪家酒店膽敢扣押顧客財務和證件，直接要求滾出去的？也真是開眼了。
這是後半夜凌晨的事情，第二天白天就發熱嘔吐，現在第三天了還是發熱。至今酒店沒有給到任何解釋和道歉。
不管是否是語言溝通問題，還是因為是中國人就是可以被隨意欺辱，沒有任何個人和單位有權利扣押別人的證件和私人財務。就算我當天漏訂了，第二天是重複預訂了兩次，他們並沒有表明真正要求我換床位的原因，剛開始還説是要給我免費升級，我直接説謝謝，這樣你們太辛苦，而我也很麻煩，再加上我很累。
其中緣由衹有一點，樓下我的那個床位沒有信號，WiFi和手機信號都沒有，而這對中國人來説太可惡了，因為時差有14個小時，需要半夜跟國內親友溝通，非常麻煩。
中國人向來不愛惹事，但他們真的太過分了，第二天早上要求前台男生道歉，他還用西語罵罵咧咧的不理我，而另一個騙我下樓的男生是嬉笑地看着我無所謂。真噁心！
現在要求酒店老闆和那晚欺騙我下樓的男生，以及那個最可惡的前台男生，公開道歉，並給予相應損失補償。
