Amazing hotel
The building is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. We loved the breakfast with lots of different options. The pool area was very nice and relaxing and the roof terrace was really cool.
It's a pretty small hotel, but that gives it a nice atmosphere.
The location was right in the middle of the historical center and close to the airport.

Beautiful hotel & stay! LOVE that the hotel has shops and restaurant (make sure you make reservations). The only suggestion to hotel is to give guests more light options in room. It was quite dark. Other than that, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

J'étais venu en novembre dernier et donc voulu renouveler l'expérience
Les chambres en général sont toutes TROP sombres au niveau de l'éclairage
Il en est de même pour les couloirs et escaliers de circulation dans l'hôtel.
Pour revenir à la chambre, pas de fenêtre, climatiseur bruyant et inefficace, un ventilateur complémentaire encore plus bruyant et inutile.
Une vraie fournaise niveau chaleur, c'était étouffant et difficile de dormir.
Quant au service de sécurité de l'hôtel j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement immédiatement au personnel de l'hôtel après avoir été poursuivi par 2 vigiles qui me suspectaient être étranger à la clientèle lorsque j'ai voulu me rendre à ma chambre

Beautiful, but needs more light!
Nice location. Very chic. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful old palacio, with friendly staff.
The room was very chic, but it was very dimly lit. This is very challenging for a traveler--making it harder to find things in a room. It was even dimly lit in the bathroom--not friendly for a woman. This trend also extended to the check-in desk and even the restaurant within the building (which was beautiful, but unaffiliated with the hotel).

A truly disappointing experience. The hotel is dark, dingy, and above a very loud restaurant. There was a huge amount of building work going on when we arrived so the dust was unbelievable. The bedrooms are poorly designed with no windows, smell terribly of damp and the shower water overflows out into the rest of the room. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and the fan that was provided was so loud it made an almost industrial amount of noise. The lighting is impossible to use, we would never stay here again or recommend it. We would ask numerous times each day for towels but would struggle to get anyone to follow up on their promise to bring any to the pool. The redeeming feature was Maria Luisa and Viridiana who were kind and helpful, but otherwise a very disappointing stay.
