Es una lástima que este hotel que fue proyectado por uno de los mejores arquitectos mexicanos de la actualidad se encuentre tan deteriorado. Se nota que le falta mucho mantenimiento.
Nos cambiaron la habitación a otra porque no servía el aire acondicionado. A la habitación que nos dieron (una tarifa más alta y sin cobrarnos) tampoco le funcionaba el aire acondicionado.
Solamente es meterle un mantenimiento puntual.

I’d recommend, with some caution.
Excellent location near food, museums, shops. It was a bit cool, so we didn’t take advantage of the pool or spa. Overall a great property. However, the lighting in our room flickered and there was a pervasive mildew smell from in the bathroom. The wifi was almost nonexistent, so working from the hotel was impossible. That was incredibly frustrating and wasn’t just our room. With that in mind, I may not be able to stay there again.
