This place absolutely SUCKS. The room is tiny and the bathroom is disgusting. Cracks in the floor, dirty shower, etc. The workers at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. They obviously delete negative google reviews- go to Yelp if you want to see what people REALLY think of Condesa DF.

We did not have the pleasure of staying at the hotel, however, we frequented the roof top lounge for its beautiful location across the street from a park. Sitting in the open lounge overlooking the park is like being in a tree house. It's the perfect spot of sunset cocktails. The service is excellent. Giovanny, our waiter, took great care of us and kindly accommodated our request to take photos of us. While in CDMX, I highly recommend the roof top lounge. And if you're lucky, Giovanny will be there.

Very disappointed. They did not have room we reserved, it was VERY loud from 5-7 with Libby noise and film crew literally outside our window. Good vibe but not a good value! Expensive and not maintained well.

My husband and I stayed here the last two nights of our CDMX vacation. We always save the best for last. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. The first night, the hotel hosted a wedding party. We were unable to visit the rooftop bar and the party lasted the entire night. It was so loud that we were unable to sleep for most of the night. We considered moving to another hotel just to try to sleep. Before coming to the Condesa hotel, we stayed at a more boutique spot for half the price. The rooms and bathrooms there were cleaner, much larger, and had a very unique style. The Condesa hotel felt like a beach party hotel that had been neglected design-wise. I could have overlooked all of that, but the lack of sleep put me in a mood. At the very least, you should be able to sleep in the hotel you book.

Spent a week at the CondesaDF. It was our first visit to Mexico City, and we chose the perfect hotel. It was centrally located to all the major attractions, yet set in a quiet neighborhood, that was safe to walk around at night, and next to a park. We rented bicycles that were very close to the hotel, and used the many bike paths to go to the city center. We had a great room with a big balcony. Loved the breakfast spread every morning, set in an inner courtyard, surrounded by tropical plants. Good rooftop Sushi restaurant. Being a 'Design Hotel' there was that extra mile of good taste, oozing with tasteful design and architecture. Highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning

tiny dark old and outdated room. Noisy outside. Property is not being taken care for. Not worth the price you pay for it. Much better options available in Mexico City.
