When I arrived and when I left, the male staff waiting near the entrance were very kind and helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. It was convenient that the hotel was within walking distance of a popular taco shop and a mercado. I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk before and after checking in, so I could use my time efficiently.

This hotel is a great value and In a great location. They could use an update in terms of adding an elevator for elderly guests who cannot do stairs as well. But, this hotel offers two bedroom suites which are very quaint and quiet. It is in a very essential part of the downtown area close to restaurants and nightlife and provides great amenities.

Magali Rivera...manager and her team where exceptional host, always helpful when we asked for advise or additional services. Hotel location is very convenient in a safe and very quiet neighborhood. Reastaruants, convenience store all within 1 block. Main avenues ... paseo de la Reforma 5-10 min walk. Greta experience and excellent food in hotel also

The hotel is very well located just a few paces of Av Reforma in a quiet back street. The rooms (two Queen beds) are quite big and the price is right. Our room rate did not include breakfast but we decided to have it at the hotel rooftop terrace. The food was great and nice city views.

Un excelente opción para hospedarse, la habitación muy comoda, se descansa muy bien, buen colchon, recepción y meseros muy atentos, los alimentos ricos. Como tal no hay estacionamiento en el hotel, pero se paga 150 pesos adicionales y se ingresa en un estacionamiento publico. Si me volveria a hospedar ahi.
