The hotel is very nice but it's a shame that the cleaning staff has to demand a tip after your stay or they make comments to you indirectly when you don't even want them to. They cleaned my room one day, from then on everything was fine.

Everything was fine with my stay, the area is quiet and easy to find. Perhaps on Monday mornings you could feel the hustle and bustle of the routine. The room was small and the bathroom was very small than I expected, but the bed was comfortable.

no puedes dormir por el ruido que hacen los de otras habitaciones al llegar, lacama es incomoda y si te mueves igual hace mucho ruido. Una persona llego tarde y no tenia los paswords correctos y toco en el vidrio durante varios minutos constantemente y tambien en la puerta nadie respondia a esto no hay vigilante o alguien atento en la noche le escribi via whatsapp a la persona que estaria de guardia y contesto hasta la mañana siguiente. No recomiendo este lugar. aunque este barato y limpio,

This was my second time staying at Casa Panuco. The property has an onsite restaurant with many delicious options. The staff Diego, Michael, Cesar, Eric and Oscar were all super charming and engaging and saw to it that no request big or small was tended to. The neighborhood is quiet and easy walking distance or short Uber to most things. I enjoyed eating like a local and using the amenities within a few blocks radius. Affordable and economical. Thanks to the crew of PlCaeanOanuck for making my stay pleasant.

Good location to explore the city from, the room was small, but smartly designed. The bed could have been better, the kitchen is essentially useless for cooking but we weren't expecting to cook anyway. The balcony is tiny and full of mosquitos, so, meh, but the staff was helpful, the room was quite comfy, the bathroom was lovely, the restaurant downstairs was quite good. We were pretty happy.
