Bad smell coming from outside and seeping into the room. I couldn't sleep because there's a bar across the street with loud music until 5am. The room is much less welcoming than it appears in the photos.

The room is big enough, but the facilities are a bit old and the air conditioner is like a blower. No bottled water was provided, and the water dispenser on the floor was still broken. The room window faces Reform Avenue and the view is very good. The breakfast is mainly Mexican food, which is quite rich.

A place that doesn't offer much, other than saying NO to a hotel guest to use the terrace on New Year's, still wanting to pay, I'm sorry but if you can't accommodate your own customers, people who perhaps had 12 hours of flight and is spending his new year alone, telling him that it is not possible to even smoke a cigarette speaks very badly of the place. I will not come back.

The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉)
2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street...
And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for "private events" in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!
