Brick Hotel Mexico City - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

My stay at the Brick CDMX was stellar. From the moment of booking to the checkout, there was nothing to complain about. As soon as you book, there is a welcome email. And since we are in 2025, there is also a WhatsApp message. It's astounding how many hotels still fail to use WhatsApp. On the WhatsApp message they asked me about my arrival and reserved a car for me in seconds. I also received the drivers WhatsApp message upon landing. I paid for the car by credit card when I was dropped off with the driver himself. The car was a spotless new Chevy Suburban with water and a working AC - things that do not come easily in taxis in CDMX. My check-in was at 4:30am, but no worries my key was ready and the bell boy escorted me to my room. Breakfast was excellent, I was once again escorted and seated at my table. Everybody spoke English and Spanish as well. The room was beautiful with a nice fragrance. I had to exchange some small change for big notes in MXN pesos, the front desk staff took it out of his own personal wallet and did it for me. I requested a special room cleaning in the morning since it was messy, they were there in literally 5 minutes. I also felt the architecture was inspiring, hence took a lot of photos. It is usually difficult to get a booking at this hotel but if you get it, please take it. I have stayed at a few other places in CDMX but felt this was the best bespoke and boutique luxury experience money can buy. Only downside is that the neighborhood is not as posh as Polanco or as quaint as Condesa. But Roma Norte is definitely more residential compared to Centro or Reforma where the big hotels are at. Also no gym or pool, but I didn't miss it. P.S. and no they do not beg for reviews like some other shady places. I really felt this place was awesome.

I had a wonderful stay at Brick hotel, everything was a spotless, the rooms, the common areas, and even the the smallest details, showed great care and cleanliness, I also whant to thank the Concierge Miguel, who was incredible helpful and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. We stayed at the Brick Hotel in Roma Norte in July 2025 and had a truly five star experience. As soon as our plane landed, I received a text from the most friendly staff (Miguel) letting us know our room was ready and he greeted us outside of the uber and assisted with the bags. Check in/check out was a quick process, the vibe of the lobby and outside was sensual and the rooms were perfectly clean. There is nothing I would change. We were also very impressed with the included breakfast every day, so much so, that we looked forward to waking up early before our plans just for breakfast! It will be difficult coming back to CDMX and NOT staying here again!

Absolutely amazing. Super clean! Top service, staff were very attentive, the best location… full stop, and the spa treatment was the best deep tissue that I have had in a very long time. We intend to come back with our teenagers at some point in the next year.

Wonderful stay, the entire team took wonderful care of us, especially Mitzy, Cesar, Miguel, and Paulina! Recommend breakfast on the terrace and the two story suite with the tub and lounge on the second and the great balcony! They also helped with hard to get dinner reservations!
