Advantages: The location is very good. It is very convenient to go everywhere nearby, including restaurants, cafes, markets, and a century-old bakery. The view is very good and you can see the city view of CDMX. It is more convenient to have drinking water in the room directly from the tap. The kitchen utensils are very complete.
Disadvantages: The curtains are pulled up and down. You must wear an eye mask when sleeping when light comes in. The refrigerator in the room is very loud. I didn't sleep well on the first night and the experience was terrible. In the end, I unplugged the refrigerator. Because it is an apartment hotel, there is no service unless you tell them. However, there is no phone in the room, so you can only log in to their mini program. It was very troublesome to log in at the time. I did not succeed.
Soundproofing is very poor; neighbors' music and speech can be heard.
It felt like this hotel was not worth the money we paid.

My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question.
The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks.
What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference.
I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
