Met name hele fijne bediening in het restaurant. Aaron is een hele aardige man die zeer klantvriendelijk is. De rest van de keukenploeg is ook aardig en klantvriendelijk Het ontbreekt je aan niks, ze zijn zeer enthousiast en aardig. Al met al een hele prettige ervaring Zeer tevreden!

We loved the vibes. Aaron at the bar was the best! We loved the tamarindo mezcal cocktail he made for us. Breakfast was very delicious too!

Had a great experience at Wild Oscar. The restaurant staff Aaron, Yael and Patty were lovely and made us feel at home. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Constance restaurant in the hotel is excellent. I had the chilaquiles and they were very good, along with fresh juice. Aaron was our server and was super attentive and nice. As was chef Paty and Yael.

Perfect place, exceptional staff, clean and in a wonderful location. Food is fantastic as well! Front desk team were amazingly helpful. Yoni and Aaron and the restaurant crew were top notch! This was our first time to CDMX and we would stay here again without question!

I had high hopes. TripAdvisor gave it high marks but this place falls way short. Rooms are compact. Beds have some strange plastic/rubber sheet under the base sheet making them uncomfortable and noisy. Hotels seems very under staffed. Was told I should enjoy happy hour on the roof… you have to order your drink on the ground floor and carry it to the roof yourself - just make sure the roof is open. When I got up there it was pitch black with all furniture covered. They rushed to uncover a sofa and turn on lights for me so I could sit up there alone with the rest of the rooftop looking abandoned. House keeping is also exceptionally slow. I left the hotel at 10am this morning. It’s now 3:15pm and my room still hasn’t been cleaned. So instead I’m sitting in the lobby with a drink from the bar (which I paid for) only to watch new guests check in, be given a complimentary cocktail (which I was never offered) and shown straight to their rooms. When I asked I was told to wait, and that housekeeping was working on my room. The website is impressive and seductive but the hotel is tired, understaffed and kinda not that proactively engaged in making sure their guests are happy. My suggestion…. Keep looking
