Amenities are minimum only. No tissues, no toothpaste & brushes. Strict to check-in time and need to wait until 3pm in accordance with hotel regulations. I don’t think I’ll come back there next time.

The hotel is centrally located. Near the tourist spots - walkable. Hotel staff are friendly. Room is clean. Area is safe even for a late night food crawl. Short Uber ride away from other tourist districts. Definitely will stay again in our next CDMX visit.

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window).
Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me.
Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

The room is a bit small and the layout is a bit cramped. The service is so-so, and the room will only provide drinking water after reminding every day. But the overall service is okay... But it is too congested in the city center,

I booked this place last minute, but I wouldn’t choose this location again. The room was acceptable, but the breakfast was overpriced. I strongly advise against using their laundry and dry cleaning services, my shirt was stained, and they refused to offer any compensation.

The location is very good, next to Constitution Square, within walking distance of several attractions. I don't know what festival it is, but there is a parade in Constitution Square. The front desk printed the itinerary and boarding pass for me, and the service was very good.
