To put it simply, the hardware is good and you can live there, but the management is chaotic, the procedures are slow, the efficiency is low, and you can't find anyone if you want to!
First of all, the check-in time was three o'clock, and they asked me my arrival time in advance. I arrived at 2:50 and made me wait for an hour. At first, they just told me to wait for a while. I thought it would be ten minutes. After waiting for half an hour, I started to ask what was going on. They told me that it was not ready yet because the previous guest checked out late, so why didn't you tell me in advance? If I had known I would have to wait so long, I would have dropped off my bags and gone shopping! ! What's even more outrageous is that another girl checked in half an hour later. At that time, I was sitting on the chair opposite the front desk waiting, but the front desk directly helped the girl check in! I went to ask what was going on, and the receptionist had a troubled expression on his face. It was obviously an operational error! By this time, I was getting angry and started communicating with the hotel staff online. As a result, she told me that her team would be here soon. Why do I want your team to come here? All I want is to check into my room on time! Later, you asked me if I wanted to sit on the rooftop. Why didn’t you ask me if I wanted to commit suicide? During the hour I waited, the two front desks were chatting and laughing, and they didn't even bring me a glass of water. In the end, I dragged my luggage up alone without any company. I feel no compensation other than verbal comfort. Later, a girl carrying a backpack knocked on my door and comforted me a few words. I asked her why she was carrying a backpack and had she just come to work. She said that it was because she was responsible for this area. I want to go to my next house to apologize, ***? ? Because I was quite satisfied with the room and my luggage was heavy, I asked the management if I could book directly through the hotel in exchange for some discount (plus this disastrous check-in). She said she would contact the sales team, but the sales team was I didn’t reply until midnight after my urging! ! Is this your efficiency? I want the price because I haven’t booked a hotel for the next day, and you replied to me in the middle of the night that there is no discount. What do you mean? Will it delay me from finding my next hotel? I said that I was very angry about the delay in check-in, and the other party said that they could provide me with a cleaning service. ? ? ? Isn’t cleaning the right thing? ? ? At this point I am already angry and speechless with this hotel and I just hope they will stop contacting me to say something to make me angry. Later, I renewed my subscription on different platforms, and the prices on the platforms were cheaper than what the hotel said!
Despite the delayed check-in, the room was spacious and the bed was huge. But the window faces the construction site, which makes it very noisy during the day, and the curtains have many holes and do not block light. After taking a shower, I found that there was no hair dryer and there was no one at the front desk. During the few days I stayed at the front desk, I almost never saw anyone! On the first day, I asked what would be the most convenient way to go to xochimilo, but I couldn’t answer. They couldn’t provide any services at all! I just sit there playing with my phone and chatting!
Very bad experience! ! ! lightning protection

Nice property with a modern and chic vibe. Some quirky elements emerge as you settle in like electrical outlet placement, etc.

An excellent base for exploring Mexico City
Stayed here for five days while visiting Mexico City and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. It was well-located, had good self-catering facilities including refrigerator and kitchen equipment, clean bathroom and shower, and a good terrace/balcony for communal use on the top floor. There are also lots of good cafes and grocery options within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!
One thing to be aware of is that some of noise from the nearby busy highway can be heard (our apartment was in that direction), but not all apartments face that way and it isn't a massive problem unless you're a light sleeper.

I made a reservation for the same day and was denied access when I arrived. I attempted to cancel the reservation but was not allowed to. I had to make a reservation at another location. I and have attempted to contact the merchant and have had no success. I am currently being denied a refund due to the fact that the merchant is not answering any communication attempts.

Located in a lovely, quiet area in La Condesa. La Condesa is quiet, great for tourists, and walking distance to Roma Norte. We actually walked to El Centro, which is over one hour's walk, but Uber is a also great option that will get you anywhere in town. The building itself has 24-hour security, and the guard greeted us every time with a smile and a friendly hello. When we arrived, we were greeted by an attendant who showed us our suite and sent us links to the grocery store and a taqueria, at our request. We enjoyed the apartment (deluxe suite 404, for a six-night stay). Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had the basics, and just about everything we needed. (A paring knife and pepper would have been nice.) The suite was stocked with extra paper towels and a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper. Note that the kitchen is hooked up to cold water only, so we'd get hot water from the bathroom to wash the dishes. There is plenty of hot water for the shower. The balcony was wonderful. There is a top floor common room, which looked cozy, and also a small fitness room (which we didn't use) that had a couple of treadmills and a stationary bike. We initially thought maid service would happen every day, but that wasn't the case, which we were fine with. You can request new towels at the front desk and they will promptly be delivered to your suite. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Mexico City.
